HI,
I am looking to rent a villa/apt in the North Miami area. I need it to be super clean, though super fancy would be nice too
Lxure and Flamingo are booked for my dates, any other references?
I would greatly appreciate any rec's!
Thank you!

Look on reservekosher.com. I stayed in a villa I found through there.

Floral White: I could not find that villa, could you please post a link?
Thank you for everyone's replies, we want to go next week, so it's really last minute. Whomever I've tried is either booked or looks really not inviting.
I have never been to Florida before. Anyone knows which other area I can try that will not be next to beaches so dh feels comfortable with the tznius level?
I tried Orlando, but can't seem to find a house. Any other areas that have a hotel I can stay by that is close to minyanim and food?
Which area in Orlando is close to minyanim, if I choose to stay in a hotel or villa in Orlando, or anywhere else?

Are you stuck on a kosher rental? If not, check airbnb for thousands of options.

not stuck on a kosher rental, but I DO want a very clean normal place.
How do I figure that out with Airbnb?

Even if she's not stuck on a kosher rental, many people don't feel comfortable patronizing AirBNB after they delisted all the rentals in the West Bank and refuse to budge on that policy.
Also, OP, NMB is also going to have quite a bit of pritzus, so depending on the level you're looking for, it may not be the right place for you.

You could try yacht club in Turnberry, Aventura
They are luxury short term rental apartments.
No private pool.
Walking distance to The Edmund J Safra Synagogue, and other smaller Shuls.
Extremely close to kosher shopping, kosher restaurants, and the big AVENTURA mall.
10 minute drive to NorthMiamiBeach
Neighborhood MUCH nicer.
Across the street from the famous walking circle.

I wrote Airbnb but there are other equivalent sites. HomeAway, VRBO.

Thank you for pointing that out. What do you mean by pritzus?

Thank you, how does the pritzus in Aventura compare to NMB?

Everywhere you go you’ll see ppl dressed not tzniyut. It’s 80-85 degrees.
But nothing overly untzniyut not bathing suit, but you’ll see ppl in exercise clothing, shorts, etc.
Turnberry is a nicer more luxurious area

It bathing suit but you might see women in sports bra.

It seems that NMB is much better in terms of pritzus than Bal Harbour.
Is that not accurate?
If it is better, then how does Aventura compare in tznius level?

If you're worried about women in immodest dress, then don't go to a place that's over 80 degrees. It's hot, and the women will be dressed correspondingly, plus many in beach garb. If you go skiing in Colorado or Utah, you won't have anything to worry about.

People really misuse the word pritzus. But whatever. The entire South Florida is going to be 70-80 degrees, and anyone not bound by the laws of tznius is walking around in summer clothing. That is usually along the lines of tank tops and shorts. People dress that way everywhere else in America when the weather is hot, there's nothing special about South Florida in that regard. If you're walking within a few blocks of a beach you'll see people in swim wear as well. If you don't want to see tank tops and shorts, stay away from places with hot weather. If you don't want to see swim wear, stay away from beaches. That's pretty much the rule of thumb.
