I use OurPact. I like it because you can set schedules, give a daily allowance within that schedule, but also have some Apps set to Always Available--so the homework app isn't ever turned off, for example. You an also set an Adult Content filter, plus specify websites to block. It doesn't provide for YouTube filtering, though, so I might look into Netspark based on this threat.

I'm debating between Netspark and Qustodio. Need it to also filter within YouTube.
