Looking for seminary recommendations for DD. Looking for a warm place w friendly welcoming girls. Somewhere that's doesn't have crazy academic pressure & hashkafically bais Yaakov though not necessarily Yeshivish. More like out of town bais Yaakov yeshivish which is more open minded.

I am actually in EY checking out seminaries for my daughter. Bnos batsheva also sounds like a good match. Seemed like v friendly girls, a buzzing place with a big mix of girls. Good luck

Bnos Batsheva is indeed all of those things, but it is yeshivish, which is something OP isn’t looking for.

BYA is not the most warm and friendly place, although there are definitely individual teachers who are.
The hanhala there is about as close-minded and right-wing as they come, though.
They do get a lot of out-of-towners and there isn't so much academic pressure, but it still doesn't sound like it would be such a great fit for OP's daughter.
