Hi, my 7 yr old dd has very unhealthy hair. It’s straight and stringy and all full of split ends and seems to be getting worse. I keep it cut short so it’s neat and chic, but lately even that isn’t looking great. I asked my dr if there are any nutrients she needs for healthier hair and he didn’t have an answer. I asked ppl who cut her hair and they said to use very simple shampoos (like vo5) and no conditioner. Anyone in this field have any ideas what I can do to help my Ff have healthier hair? Thanks you!

Arbonne has a shampoo just for this kind of hair. Worked wonders for my niece with such hair. Check out their website for a seller near you. GL.

There are definitely vitamins to help with hair. Try a B complex and consult with a good health food store.

Add omega 3 too.

Why no conditioner? I think you do need to condition it!
Also, don't wash it daily.

Not in the business, but jojoba oil helps hair.

Give her a multivitamin.
I’m pretty sure a vitamin deficiency can cause this. But I don’t remember which vitamin.
