I am very short on time and hoping to cook a little each night this week for a Friday lunch meal.
Any pastas or other good recipes I can make in advance to freeze and either freeze cooked or freeze to bake it Friday morning?

Pasta casserole type dishes freeze well - lasagna, baked ziti, mac and cheese, stuffed shells/manicotti, etc. It's best if you prep them and freeze unbaked and then pop them straight into the oven frozen so they don't get soggy.
If you just want to make pasta with a good sauce, you can make most sauces ahead and just boil up a pot of pasta the day you want to serve it.
