A few questions...
Would egg noodles work?
Do you turn it off and then let it sit for 10 minutes? Should it be covered at this point? (during the absorbing process I mean)
At 350 degrees?
Covered or uncovered?
Thanks. I just like having exact recipes and directions.

I doubt it- they wouldn't cook fast enough.

Does anyone know if this freezes well? If so, how do I defrost it?

I have an almost identical recipe from elsewhere, except I use less sugar and a bit less oil. This freezes beautifully! I usually triple the recipe to make 2 9x13's or 5 8x8 squares. I think it reheats best if you take it out of the freezer and pop it straight into the oven.
