Subtle emotional/social difficulties in pre1A warrant assessment (especially in girls). ASD/Aspergers can go undiagnosed if there aren't comorbid intellectual/school functioning problems, and speech/ot can help a lot, and helps more the earlier you start. the decision to hold back or not is secondary to getting a full assessment.
