Is there any way to seal on eyebrow pencil so that it doesn’t rub off if I touch my face or lay down during the day?

Eyebrow powder or eyeshadow. Clear Brow gel with a spoolie applicator.

I use a maybelline product that comes in a small glass jar with a brush and spoolie. It does not smear or smudge at all. I think it is called brow tattoo.

I use a tinted brow mascara. Lasts all day. I currently use one from Nyx.

Brow gel. I like Kiko Milanos. It's hard to find the perfect shade of blonde red.

I use a pencil. I’ll look into these gels you’ve mentioned I never heard of them!
