What's the next step after I notice my daughter is growing out of her training bra? At what point do we switch to a real bra and which one is the best, most comfortable for preteens (11 years old)?
Do I take her to get measured? How do I do this in a way that's comfortable and not embarrassing for her?
Forgive me, she's my oldest, and I have zero memory of what my mother did with me. I think I blacked it all out from embarrassment.

Got these for my 12 yo recently after she also grew out of training ones.
It's very slightly padded and provides the minimal needed support at this stage.

You can also measure your own bra size. Google it.
That's what my DD did, and she did it very accurately. She was more like 14, but no reason why an 11/12 year old can't use a tape measure accurately.
It's less embarrassing that getting fitted. She can do it in the privacy of her own bedroom.
