I am making a Caesar salad for a Chanukah party. I am using a standard recipe-lettuce, grape tomatoes, croutons, parmesan cheese. Any ideas how I can make it a little fancier and more exotic? I work a whole day and don't have time for anything complicated, so I'm just looking for some simple suggestions how to upgrade it a little

TIA!

Use a cookie cutter to make dreidel shapes using wontons or wraps.
Or...
Add Parmesan cheese and a little milk to the dressing and make homemade croutons:
cubed bread with oil, paprika, garlic, s&p, (optional oregano or other spices) and parmesan cheese. Yum!!

I second using Terra Chips stix instead of croutons.
Also, you can use three-color shredded cheese. I use a mix that is really finely shredded. Was delicious and pretty.
Roasted vegetables are really good, but doesn't seem you wanted something that needs that type of prep time.

ETA:
Also if you'd like a pretty presentation, you can plate them in pretty mini bowls and spritz some of the dressing on top.
Another idea is to arrange each topping in a different section of the bowl - lettuce at the bottom and toppings over it (1/4 tomatoes, 1/4 croutons, 1/4 cheese, 1/4 onions - either in the length or one in each quadrant) And spritz the dressing over it diagonally or place it in a cup in the center. This type of presentation is simple, but it really upgrades the look.
