Recipe by faigy grossman in mishpacha magazine

It's a huge recipe 4 dozen latkes

15 medium peeled potato
1 small onion
5 eggs
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 T salt, (I used more)
3/4 t.black pepper
Oil, for frying

Process potato and onion in food processor with grater/kugel blade. Transfer to large bowl, and add eggs, beef, salt and pepper. Easiest when meat is not fridge-cold.
Heat oil in a pan and fry medium heat for about 4 min a side until latkes are brown and meat is cooked through. Repeat for rest of the batter.

Omg two people posted a link while I was typing the whole thing.
Now I see this is a different recipe

It is but I'm sure I'm not the only one who was curious about this recipe too. So thanks.
