Just renewed passports. Officially they told me it takes 10-12 weeks to get new ones. Wondering if it really takes that long or if people are getting it sooner or later than that. How long ago did you apply and how long did it really take to arrive.

It took about 8 weeks for me, I renewed it last October.

Took about 8 weeks but others I know have told me it took the full twelve weeks.

I renewed my sons in December and it took 3 weeks not expedited.

Old passport must be sent back (it will be returned) pretty sure also copy of birth certificate but it says on government website

Wow! Usually it takes 2 weeks from the embassy, but this time they said it might take 4 weeks and we got it in 3. Did it January, I think.

Made a new one for baby. It took about 5-6 weeks to come

In October took 6 weeks. We just renewed at post office Feb23 and haven't received it yet. Check was finally cashed about ten days ago,so hopefully soon.

It just came today! So I guess about 7 weeks.
