Hi,
I have a whole roll’s worth of gefilte fish slices. Any recipes? Would it be good baked in tomato sauce and spices ? Anything else?

If I have too many slices, I freeze them and when I’m ready to use I just defrost and fry. I don’t actually eat gefilte fish but everyone loves it.

I freeze gefilta ready cooked in baggies for the next few weeks.
Defrost and comes out perfect

I cooked the roll on Thursday. So it’s not so fresh anymore... I’d rather not freeze for another week. Can I bake the slices ?
