I need some help
If you recently made passports for your children.
what ID's do you need to submit?
I was planning on
Birth certificate
Insurance card
social
proof of address

is that enough for a child? how about for 18 and older.

Please only respond if you recently made a passport and know what they accept.

Are you talking about the US? The requirements are widely available.

I used the documents posted on the Gov website and it was fine.

This. No social, insurance card, or proof of address needed.
You do need the child's birth certificate and picture photo ID for both parents.
