my kids love their kiwi crates. My 7 year old gets the tinker crate line, my 11 year old gets the maker and eureka lines. for a five year old I think you probably are best off with the actual kiwi line (original crate). I would definitely recommend it for your kids ages. They even have a live for babies but don't know if you'll find it worth it.

If you have room in your backyard, my kids love our 12 ft trampoline. Skywalker makes a good one and it was in the $200 range.
