Seems to be near Boca, and has reasonable villas with pools.
Please help me decide!

Near the shuls? Why not? There are Jews in Deerfield. idk about Pompano

Pompano has 2 Chabad’s. We have timeshares In pompano. Super low key and awesome.

Thanks, that is so helpful! Are there any issues with crimes or break ins I should be concerned about?
What about kosher restaurants, anything nearby?

I can’t speak to crimes or safety since our timeshares are within larger resorts (Wyndham). there are no kosher restaurants super close by. Annoying to drive to Boca but I love not seeing any brethren at the pool or beach. Give and take

Massive Young Israel in Deerfield century village. Might be the biggest one. Don't think there are really frum ppl outside of century village but it's right near boca.
