It was an exprmnt, and it worked! I made it with Israeli cheese. I wouldn't know how to do it with American stuff, but here it is:
1000 grams 1/2% white cream cheese
1 cup 1% sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp flour
3/4 cup of splenda or any other sweetner
2 egg whites
2 eggs
1 pack sugarfree cookies
Smash up the cookies till they're totally cookie crumbs. Press them into the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Mix all the other ingredients into a bowl. Blend them well with a handmixer. Pour over cookie crumbs. Bake for about 1/2 hour at 350, till the edges look brownish. take out of oven. You can pour another cup of sour cream mixed with splenda over the cake and let it sit in the OFF oven till it's solid. Put in fridge overnight.
It's actually pretty ok tasting! Even DH who NEVER touches anything that says diet on it liked it.
Good luck if you try!
