I want to order something from amazon that has free shipping today before 6 pm but I need to purchase something else to spend minimum $25. What products have this promotion? What can I buy for about $15 in the next hr?

Anything. Just add it to your cart and click checkout (it won't checkout automatically, there's still a few steps), and then you'll see if what you added is generating the free shipping.

I think if you spend the minimum on almost anything you get free shipping if it is being fulfilled by amazon.
Before I was a Prime member I would regularly do orders and add something to get to the free shipping minimum.
