Hi

My toddler drools excessively. I think he may need therapy to strengthen his oral motor skills.
Located in Lakewood NJ and he's on Jersey Care. Can anyone guide me what should be my first step.. who should I reach out to?

Firstly why does he drool, make sure no underlying cause. If he just is low tone and needs exercises you can go to a speech therapist for and evaluation. One who does well with oral
Motor / many OT’s deal with this too.
Also is he have open mouth posture, large adenoids or tonsils, snore at night… that would need an ENT…. Hatzlacha finding the right shaliach.
