What do you have for meals and snacks for what I call the pre-Pesach shoulder season- that time between Shabbat and Erev Pesach when you’re boxing up the kitchen stuff and want to not have chametz in the house? Any non chametz ideas? We try to enjoy the last of our Kitniyot stuff— corn on the cob, corn chips, rice, beans, corn tortillas, rice cakes, and the like.

I gave up on the concept of not having chametz in the house. I'm the one buying a loaf of bread after my kitchen is already turned over, so we have what to eat without needing the kitchen.
Eat sitting down, in the dining room, at mealtimes. Clean up after.

Pesach food!
We also eat kitnios and processed foods such as couscous, biscuits etc. for those days. We make regular schnitzel but with pesach crumbs, KLP pasta or whater they sell.
Pita, cold cuts and pickles in the garden or park.
