Anyone have any healthier cookies or cakes that do not use white or brown sugar? And no artificial sugar substitutes? Maybe maple syrup?

If you live in a big frum city you can find coconut sugar klp. That is natural and has a slight brown flavor but it is not brown sugar. You can use it in baking in place of white sugar
