You think it makes a difference if I do it tomorrow or Wednesday? Either way I don’t want to be standing over the stove frying on Friday morning. (The chicken is already breaded and frozen)

I think it will taste the same. Better if right before but no difference between those two days.

When you warm it up keep it uncovered- so it doesn’t get soggy.
