Duck sauce & chili sauce mixed
Or spicy bbq sauce with a drop of honey and splash of orange juice

I use mayo and mustard under the breading and duck sauce as a dipping sauce.
My friend uses california french dressing.

Pound the chicken to an even 1/4-inch thickness.
Brush with seasoned mayo. Lay a slice of pastrami on each brushed cutlet. Roll up with pastrami inside. Secure with toothpic. Dip and crumb.
Spray with oil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
