That comes out to 45/hr but really probably closer to 50 cuz hourly gets less than salary usually

NY companies are required to post the salary in the ad so you can look up the position on indeed and see what companies are paying for it. And you can ask the company you are applying to what their salaries are (they should have provided you with this information in the first place) and if its negotiable. You can report them if they refuse to follow the laws of posting the salary.

I know how much I was offered- I was curious to see where it falls along the spectrum of what other agencies are paying/other supervisors are earning...

Do you work for a frum agency?
Could you share schedule? Hours per week etc..if this pay includes flexibility?

About 25 hours a week. Partially work from home. Supervise 8 care managers. About 85k a year. Get paid holidays and insurance.
