I never tried a Bekishe but I don’t clean all the time. Rub a tiny amount of shout on the stain, rub with a damp cloth until stain and shot comes out.

I would be reluctant to use Shout without testing it first on an inconspicuous area. What we do is take a clean rag and make it wet and then try to spot clean.
If that doesn't work after trying several times, I put a bit of white dishwashing liquid soap like Ivory on the rag and then spot clean. I don't like to use a colored dishwashing soap. I then wet another area of the rag and run it over the soapy area to get rid of the suds. This works for us.

OP, don't forget to check that the fabric is polyester before you make it wet by spot cleaning. If it's silk, you might have to take it to the dry cleaner.
