Oatmeal cookies (relatively healthy)

That still tastes delicious! Looking for something chewy instead of crumbly or soggy. Preferably using olive oil instead of margarine and not a crazy amount of sugar. TIA!!!

Https://bitesnpieces.co/oatmea.....h-oil uses oil but I've never tried with olive oil. I've also significantly cut down on the sugar and it still tasted good. Maybe add a bit more cinnamon if you are cutting down sugar.

I've done them with regular Skippy (just reduce the sugar), choc chip/raisin combo, craisin, jumbo...they're yummy! Just bake 1 min less than you think it needs to keep it chewy and soft
