My one month old baby’s cheeks turned so rough and are full of little dots. They are rough because of the dots not because cheeks are dry. Anyone know what it is and if there’s anything to do about it?

We call them Pidyon Haben Pimples!

I don't know if there's anything to do, it's quite normal and will go away on its own.

Baby acne. Baby is shedding maternal hormones still in their system. It usually resolves within a few weeks.

We call them that too:) babies get acne at about one month, and it lasts for about 2-4 weeks

OP is this your first? Try not to touch his face so much and wash gently in his bath with an organic body was like mustela

It’s normal baby acne. My baby had tons and I put breast milk on them, which helped them go away faster

We call it pidyan haben pimples too lol!!!

Some of my babies had them more severe than others. We always joke that after they go away they become more pretty. Smile

I have a newborn now shes 3 weeks. I was a week overdue. She got them now vs at 4 weeks.
I even had my other newborn get them by 2 weeks ( She was also overdue)
