OP. Did you notice if the bottom of the package says
It fits it fits it's made in the USA
Or just
It fits it fits
The packaging that says made in the USA is the original type
The one that just says it fits it fits is the new version snd not the same at all.

So to be honest, I stocked up a few years ago when I heard that stores were running out of it, so I didn’t buy for myself. My mom bought and she says it seems to be the same, though all her pairs are opened so can’t check the package
