My husband and I will want to visit a winery, we are traveling soon, while it's still summer. I would love a tour see vineyards, see the process of making wine, the restaurant many have is nice but less important than a nice tour.
Which one with a mehadrin type hechsher would you recommend?

The winery in Elon Moreh - I forget their formal label, but it's Itamar Cohen's place. I can give you his phone number.
The rest of them don't have such great tours, but maybe Shiloh, for a local's eye view.
We go to the wineries in the hills of Itamar around now to help with the harvest and the processing. The kids find it great fun.
