Where does one go for an evaluation for ADD and also ADHD ?
I want to test two children who are teens . Is this something covered by insurance (not Medicaid) ? Or is out of pocket ? Who does it ? Are there agencies ? I’m looking specifically in Monsey .

Dr. Michael Steinhardt near Monsey is a neuropsychologist. It's expensive and he doesn't take insurance. If you have out of network benefits you can submit the bill and see what happens.

What are you looking to get out of the diagnosis? Therapy, meds, enhanced insight, something else?
That should guide you in who should do the evaluation.
