What kind of connection do you want? Do you want to be more thankful? Do you want to be more aware of His love for you?
Are there areas you feel you could work on? Maybe one very small step in that area.
Or maybe there are areas that you feel are lacking at large. (Now, often, if we see a fault in others or society, we should look in the mirror.I'm talking to myself, of course) Maybe there's something your community needs and you can do some small thing. Or, you can daven for others. Have the communities needs in mind with the plural lashon in davening.
