DS aged 11 is short
Doc says insurance wont cover growth hormones cuz no medical need (based on blood work) but she is very low BMI
Also has a bad posture due to weak core which she is doing PT for
I am looking for a DIY method, something doable, feasible and tried and tested to do at home

Heard people had success with chin bar. Before I buy one would love to hear from others
Any and all comments, suggestions, recommendations(not re. Food as shes a super picky eater) are welcomewelcome?

Have you taken her to a chiropractor? Sometimes the muscles and bones can be 'stuck' stopping the growth, a chiropractor can sort that in minutes.
Some children are slow growers compared to others. Especially if it's not in the genes to be short.
My nephew was extremely short, before the insurance would cover hormonal growth they did a test (in Israel not sure what it was) he was already 14 I think and they said his growing hormone level is at a point of a 7 year old. Now he is 20 and is tall, taller than myself I am 5.7.
He didn't have to take any hormones

If she's picky and malnourished, that's part of the problem....

Malnourished children don't grow to their full height.

Make sure she gets enough calories.

Do you know why her bmi is low? Some kids have gi issues like celiac, EoE, or Crohn's with very minimal symptoms. Sometimes the only symptom is lack of growth.

Go to an endocrinologist and discuss Anastrozole. My ds took it for a few years.

I have two picky eaters who are small. Doctor says just is what they’re supposed to be.
What can I do? Dealing with picky eating is exhausting especially since I am a picky eater

And make sure she absorbs it properly.
Absorbing Nutrition from food is the number one thing for growing. Sleep is the second.

Is this diagnosis from a competent endocrinologist? . There’s more than just blood work involved. There’s bone xray etc… if this is the route you really want…
