I bought fresh checked spinach. I didn't use it in time and it was just starting to turn. I took out the very slimy leaves and froze it.
This was a few weeks ago.
What can I use it for? Or should I just throw it out?

Pepperidge farm puff pastry. Sauteed spinach. With mushroom or onion if you like, .. put in puff pastry, roll it like a deli roll. Score and egg the top, everything season on top of you like it. Bake.
If you want you can even mix in bits of deli
Or make it dairy with feta cheese.
