If you work in a frum place and your boss (male) has a baby, does your husband go to the bris with you?
Assuming that your husbands job is flexible so missing isn't an issue.
Is it the right thing for him to go?

Also including that there aren't any other female coworkers for me to be with.

I would say no unless your husband has a relationship with your boss

Yes generally. Did he send out the details of the bris to the office?

No details sent yet but I know he will. It's a small company so I think he'll just text us.

They've never met, but I schmooze with my boss so he knows about DH's existence and personality, etc.
I've met boss' wife in the office before.

If hes a nice boss and you have a good relationship (obviously referring to professional relationship), then it's nice for your husband to go.

My husband would. I have a great job and my husband is very grateful for how I’m treated. He went to be Menachem Avel with me when that came up.

I wouldn't go to a bris. My mother's employees never came to hers.
I couldn't make to a bar mitzvah, so I sent dh and he introduced himself. I later went to the weddings and dh stayed home with my kids.

I wouldn't go myself either. I've gone to weddings but I bris is too intimate/ cozy/ private for my taste.
