How about for weekday?

Lets say technically I should have enough

Lets just say I don't have much use for disposables since I got the real dishes Smile
I do use disposables before Pesach.

Oh, I see pesach us included.
So 1 immersion blender for pesach. LOL
Flatware for fleishig. We buy fancy disposable dishes for pesach.
We have a few single pieces of dinnerware for cooking or whatever.
We had a China set we got gifted. 2 pcs (cups) discolored then broke after the first year and I absolutely hated it. Also, it's only a set for 4 and we already are a family I'd 6 kyh.
We'd take it out every year, wash it and then not use it only to wash it again and put it back..... So finally last year we decided to give it away and we didn't take it down But I think it's still in our attick... any takers?

And 1 set of stemware

Don't you want real dishes on Pesach or are you happy with disposables?
Personally I couldn't imagine to buy disposable each and every year. But then I have a huge weakness for everything that goes on the table embarrassed

They should be almost compulsory to be gifted to bride and groom with.

I don't really understand the question. If I have 5 glasses from one set and 7 from another set, is that two "sets"? But if I have 12 all the same that's one set?

1 meaty set
1 dairy set
1 dairy plastic set
2 pareve dessert sets (does that count as sets?)
1 Pesach meaty
1 Pesach dairy
Glasses I use the same for milk and meat, but have at least 4 full sets, they don't particularly go with either of the other dinner sets, it's mix and match
Pesach glasses regular and stemware
And a lot of bits and bobs to add to all my sets...
I have lots of cupboards and all are very full... 🙈

1 set meat, 1 set meat flatware. Married almost 20 years.

When I got married I had one weekday meat set of dishes and one set of cheap china for Shabbos. They all broke over the years and so I finally got a new set of Corelle for weekdays. We use disposables for dairy and either my Corelle or disposables for Shabbos.

I never had stemware.

One meat, 1 milk both corelle. No shabbos set. Married 15 years. I do have space but at this point I prefer disposable if we have too many guests for our current set.

Nope, wine (cheap and low alcohol) is only for Kiddush and Havdalah. We have a nice number of stainless steel bechers Smile

She's more asking if you have special glasses that you use for example for shabbos, or for chagim, or for weekday, etc, then it would be separate sets.
If you just have 2 types of glasses because you bought them at different times over the years, then I would say it's 1 set.
We also have 1 bunch of glasses, they maybe slightly different shapes and sizes, but we use them all day any day whenever we need to drink, apart from pesach.

Milchig
Fleishig
Shabbos
Pesach fleishig

Dishes, glasses and cutlery for all of them.

I also got a set of shabbos dishes from my grandmother when her house was sold, but I don’t really have where to keep it so it’s still in boxes 🫣 I’ve only used it for yomtov a couple of times.
So I guess I have 2 shabbos sets, as ridiculous as that sounds

It does seem a bit nuts.
And then I wonder why I get so frustrated with trying to fit everything in to my kitchen cabinets - clearly not built for a kosher home.

Nothing ridiculous about having two Shabbos sets Smile
You inherited grandma's set, you didn't buy it. I don't see it as a flaw to have more than one set.
Storage is a different issue. It's challenging
