What machine is suggested and what equipment?

I suggest you try some different machines before you spend thousands of dollars. A blink membership is $15 with no contract.

I have a gym in my master suite. The best pieces are my peleton (with rotating screen so I can do non-bike exercises), workout mats, equipment shelves to keep everything organized and my Shakti mat. My husband has dumbells with all sorts of weight, a full body workout machine and a weight lifting chair. He added workout ropes to his full body machine and I do use them for stretching too.
