My son likes the shwarma he had in tzaharon. He said it has a yellow sauce. Anyone know a good recipe that would be like that? I have strips of turkey thigh theoretically meant for shwarma. How do you do it? Would love to make it now for Shabbos.

Anyone know if it's similar to what they would serve in tzaharon? Know what the yellow sauce would be? Just more of the spices and oil?
