Typo, corrected. I hate autocorrect... I also clarified as I wasn't clear.
There is no difference- hipaa applies. I don't care if you are an MD, OT, SLP or a trauma mental health therapist. HIPAA and confidentiality laws do not allow for spouses to be told anything private or confidential.

Your husband cannot know who you see or for what issue.
