how do u melt the marg. without using anotehr bowl?
I have the recipe oro spoke about and it is really gooey and yummy and easy to make, however bec its gooey it doesnt look that great when served individually.

seriously?
you melt it in the bowl FIRST then add everything.
or you can use Styrofoam bowl and throw it out after.
and if you're nitpicking I guess you need to use a glass to crack eggs into before putting into the mix.
and oh my goodness, a whisk, and a spatula.
guess its not that easy afterall!

OldYoung, you are not the only one. I don't even look at these recipes that call for eggs that don't get baked.
I really want to try your recipe that you keep posting.

You should, it's great! I think it's best for Friday night if you make it right before Shabbos. I put the cupcakes (still in the disposable paper holders) in an aluminum pan and cover, and keep warm with my other Friday night food and take them out for desert. I take the 'wrappers' off then and put upside down on a plate with vanilla ice cream... but anyway, apparently those pasteurized eggs are still around. You can get them from Trader Joe's.
