Which of the following is more interesting for bigger kids: Out of Africa, Wildlife World Zoo, Bearizona, Phoenix Zoo?

Out of Africa and Bearizona are safaris, not zoos. Both very cool!
World Wildlife gets my vote for the best zoo in Phoenix. You can see the animals much better than at the Phoenix Zoo, they have a nice aquarium and even a sea lion show, and they have rides throughout the zoo like a log ride, roller coaster etc...
