My 2 year old is sooo cute and funny.. I thought I'd share a funny story.
Lately we have been trying to toilet train him and we were having a few problems with making number 2...
Anyway my clever Dh decided that bribing him with Mike N ikes would work... everytime he made poop we gave him a candy.. Anyway to cut a long story short.. he decided that every poop was worth a candy.. and he would go to the toilet all day.. and try and squeeze a little out...
One day last week, he figured out where my DH kept the stash of candies and I caught him red handed in our room scarfing down Mike N Ikes...
I said " Rafi. give mommy the candy right now/"
with a cheeky grin he looked at me seriously and said//
"NO MOMMY, FIRST YOU HAVE TO MAKE A POOPY IN THE TOILET,....."

quite a few times after I've come out of the bathroom, my 2 yo dd will say, "Mommy, you made?!? Do you want a special treat?!?"

yah, that's more or less what they told me in the hospital after delivery: clear fluids till you have a BM, then you can have special treats.
