Defective batch?
My baby technically still fits into 2’s but keh with the chubby legs was getting red marks.
I bought a case of size 3 diapers (pampers swaddlers) and they’re huge! Put it near a size 5 huggies diaper for comparison (and the huggies run bigger than pampers generally) and they’re mamash the same size.
Baby just had a blowout diaper in it, because I think it’s too loose on the sides…
Anyone with size 3 swaddlers pampers that can check the measurements for me?

Not sure, but I do know that my kids spend the shortest time in sizes 1-2. They spend a long time in 3, a short time in 4, and a long time in 5

Exactly. I actually started skipping size 2 and 4 altogether. It's easier for me to have less sizes to deal with. My 1yo and my 3yo (not yet toilet trained) both wear size 5.

True the 1 & 2 are for a very short time, but I don’t remember the 3’s being soooo huge!

I actually usually find that Pampers run bigger than Huggies, and yes, their size 3 swaddlers are very big (tall).

Interesting. I compared them in the past and the huggies seemed bigger. I’m going to check again, I think I still have a pack of pampers brand sz 5 in my garage.
My 6 year old is in sz 5 for the last 3 1/2 years and we found the huggies to work better instead of going up a size. (Maybe it’s just more flexible? Trying to remember, but it’s been a while since the switch to huggies).
Thanks for the info re sz 3
