I was wondering what you lean into when a challenge arises chv.
Like the old me used to listen to sad music, sulk, be resentful angry and bitter.
I’ve come an extremely long way.
What’s helping me now hugely is both the Bitachon hotline (rabbi Golumback) and rebbetzin wachsman’s phone line of marriage classes.
Also listening to music, crying if I need to, taking deep breaths.
Please share yours!!! I’m sure there are resources out there we could all benefit from by sharing with eachother, thanks!

Is it specifically bad to listen to music and let the anger/bitterness out that way? I feel like it's common to sit in the pain/hurt and sometimes, it's the quickest way so once you feel it, it can go. If suppressed and not think or feel it through, it can come out worse.
