Toddlers eczema acts up after a bath even without any soap or shampoo. I try to bathe as little as possible but how is that a solution?

Get a reverse osmosis filtered shower head and use that to fill the tub she might be reacting to contaminants in the water

Are you immediately moisturizing with something thick? Bathing dehydrates skin unfortunately.
