Why a chometz pot? We use our pesach pot... Now I'm wondering if we don't know what we're doing

I still can't figure out that the hot stone is for, you or the boiling waters over the stone to keep the water hot enough?

I was told years ago by the LOR to use a chametz pot because a pesach pot will become chametz from the steam coming up after pouring. (I think.)

I was 100% told to use a chametz pot, not a pesach pot, and I'm 80% sure that was the reason the rav said in this shiur.

We don’t use any products and peel all our fruit and veggies. Years ago we invested in a rotary potato peeler and apple peeler and they are game changers

Please post a link to the one you have. The ones we tried in the past were more trouble than they were worth.

Apologies if someone answered this already and I didn't see it - how much oil do you use when you're doing the 9x13 pan of onions overnight?

I made 5 cakes in 10 minutes of prep. how?
Used a one bowl brownie recipe.
Lined my counter with 5 baking pans
scooped one ingredient at a time in each baking pan, like a lineup. then mix all either with whisk or hand mixer. 5 in the oven. voila. my kids basically end up eating only brownies anyway. we dont eat cake from the stores.

Doesn't the batter need to be poured into a greased pan? If you mix it right in the pan, how does the cake not stick to the bottom?
