I actually did a lot of sitting when subbing for preschool. I sat at the tables with the kids , sat when preparing crafts or reading a story . Sat when putting kids coats on and off etc.
I did have to stand too, but I was heavily pregnant in my 8th and 9th month and it was not an issue .
