We are looking into making aliyah and my husband works full time. Otherwise we are chareidi lite (we have smartphones but kids dont have access to internet). What anglo (but not american bubble) chareidi communities are there that would be accepting and it wouldnt be extremely abnormal? Does anything exist in RBS or Yerushalayim? Will my kids be able to get into mainstream schools?

There are definitely communities here. It is becoming more common and accepted for men to be working in the Chareidi world. We are part of the Chareidi world my husband works full time Americn hours we dont stand out at all. But beware that smart phones are really not accepted in the mainstream chareidi schools. In order to have it you need to get the strongest filter which blocks basically everything and you need an Ishur from the Rav. Also alot of Americans move here not realizing what A mamach is (which is a branch of the school system here. In general it is a great option for Americanls) but look into it before sending because if it is hashkafically not what you want or are looking for getting into the mainstream chareidi school from a mamach is very hard. Its unfortunate but one of the flaws in the system here.

RBS, Givat Zeev, Rechovot. Har Nof, Rechavia. You could really live anywhere if you just don't publicize the phones.

Mamlachti chareidi

You could consider it a sub branch of the mamad - mamlachti dati - system. Its still rare, but becoming more common.

There's no chareidi lite option that's considered mainstream. Either you are mainstream chareidi or you are not.

Firstly, I think there is a whole culture of "Chareidi Lite" with schools and everything. Secondly, from the way she described herself, she could basically fit into a mainstream Chareidi environment. Especially a place like Givat Zeev, many if not most of the men there work, they have a neighborhood whatsapp, and all the kids are in the mainstream chareidi schools and chadarim. Things have changed....

Honestly, if you want to be a part of the chareidi world, get yourselves kosher phones and use them as your main phone. The smartphones can be for work only and left at home or in the office - don't carry them around with you and don't take them out in public.

When you register your kids for school, only give the kosher phone number (the kosher numbers start with different numbers than non-kosher, so they will know).

It's not that hard to get used to and it's just the easiest way to deal with it.

You can buy a kosher waze device which is a smartphone that is locked for everything except waze and use that for driving.

Look into Moshav Matityahu.

Ramat Bet Shemesh is also a good option.
