My baby has a strawberry on her head since about 2 weeks after birth. It shrunk considerably but it isn’t fully gone. We are away now and I noticed today it’s a bit crusty (yellow pus coming out that dried) and very rough feeling. We won’t be home until tomorrow and Doc is only available for emergencies. I did use a different shampoo but it hasn’t been sensitive to that before. Should I worry that it’s something that needs immediate attention or can it wait until tom or Tuesday?

Id put neosporin or bactriban just in case and wait until Monday or Tuesday and see how it is then
