Depends on your community also. I'm a morah in monsey and I usually get 25-50 as other posters said.

$30 for teachers & assistants. People often give less for the assistant, but the assistant works harder than the teacher & they deserve the same amount.

I gave 50 each for Chanukah and will give the same for Purim. They are absolutely amazing and are great with my not so easy child
