I need help having self-control on Purim. I am on a diet to help my ulcerative colitis, and all these chocolates, nuts are not good for me. Anyone have any good suggestions.

Are you able to have a little, or none at all?
If just a bit, in the past I've told myself I can have 1 really good thing and waited until that came and allowed myself to enjoy without guilt.

I suggest you make the subject more specific to the topic so the people who can help will see it

Was gonna say this, or move it to the weight loss forum
Putting "purim" as the title in the forum labeled "purim" is frustrating and vague
